During interview of Williams, the suspect in captioned matter, concerning his activities on the morning hours of 5/22/81, he indicated that he was in the vicinity of the James Jackson Parkway Bridge looking for a Cheryl. Johnson's apartment. Williams was stopped and questioned concerning his activities in the above area following the reported dumping of an unidentified object off the James Jackson Parkway Bridge. It should be noted that victim, Nathaniel Cater, was last seen alive on 5/21/81, with his body being found approximately one and one-half miles south of the James Jackson Parkway Bridge on 5/24/81.
