KELLEHER cere CRa Tom advised he had initiated work in both of the above areas. e has examined some items of clothing obtained from the homes of various victims and has found some fibers indicating that there may have been some prior contact or relationship between some of the victims and the offender. has also initiated contact with various fiber manufacturers to attempt to determine specific sources of the fibers common to some of the victims. was not specific about the amount of clothing that has no een examined or how close he is to the determination of a source of the questioned fibers. graciously acknowledged the Bureau's offer but made fio in ation that the Bureau's assistance would be requested at any time_in the near future.
