DETAILS: On ora 14, 1981 at approximately 10:00 ‘ee returned a telephone call to SA onversation, appreciation was expressed concerning his cooperation in making available e aboratory, items of physical ally recovered. from a former residence of a possible suspect in this case. advised of the receipt of several items of physical evi recovered from the body of EDDIE LAMAR DUNCAN by the FBI Laboratory from the Atlanta Office. It was explained that this material was inadvertently sent to the FBI Laboratory and that it would be returned promptly to the Atlanta Office and resubmitted to the Georgia Laboratory for examination, This is pursuant to an existing agreement between the FBI and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) regarding the handling of physical evidence in these > cases.
