BERENSON advised that subsequently he saw
ROSENBAUM at which time ROSENBAUM remarked that the
firm's books had been audited and the Internal Revenue
had examined their records. ROSENBAUM added, "I don't
see how we can chenge it. somehow we will figure out
something.” BERENSON remarked the law firm did not press
for payments. _
