- PHOENIX TO TRY AGAIN
“We have hope that the Phoenix will be able to
deliver surgical supplies to the Red Cross at Hai-
phong during the last days of January. Lawrence
Scott will fly to Hong Kong as project director and
join the Phoenix crew for this second voyage to
Haiphong. Even as we try to stop this cruel war
we must keep trying to bridge the barriers of
death and suffering.
