to extradite Fuchs from Britian for trial in an American
court; further that meanwhile, the secretary of Albert Einstein,
noted physicist said that she knew nothing about the British
scientist and could find no records of him in Dr. Binstein's
files; further that there had been reported that Dr. Einstein
interceded to get Fuchs released from a Canadien concentration
camp early in World War II, so that he could return to Enrland
where he beceme active in atomic research.
