ZWILIMAN put up $41,000 in currency for a one-third share and in addition loaned $25,000 to ENDLER. 7) + ENDLER stated that inp 1945, ARNOLD KIRKEBY bid for the Hampshire House in New York City, and also bought the Warwick Hotel in New York City, and the Sunset Towers in Beverly Hills, California. KIRKEBY gave ENDLER the opportunity to ’ buy a $260,000 interest in the above-naned hotels. ENDLER stated ZWILLMAN put up $130,000 in currency and in addition loaned him $10,000 in currency.
