The Prime Minister has seen the Foreign and Commonwealth
Secretary's minute PM/77/59 of 17 June in which Dr. Owen
put forward certain proposals about Ugandan representatives
in this country.

Chancellor of the Exchequer, to whom a copy of Dr. Owen's
minute has since been sent), the Prime Minister is content.
