He recognized LAMO as a Kinko's customer. He recalls assisting LAMO at this Kinko's location approximately three or four months ago. Between approximately 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm one afternoon, LAMO entered the aforementioned Kinko's to fax a document. There was a store assistant helping another_customer with a fax and LAMO became impatient.
