leads covered in this matter.

Details: On 7-2-2003, New York sent an ec to over 30 offices
with over 150 leads to conduct interviews of people "with whom
LAMO and/or others performed unauthorized Lexis/Nexis checks
obtaining personnel information over a year ago and/or
individuals LAMO contacted telephonically." In the 7-2-2003
ec, it states that these 150+ leads are not of people with
whom LAMO has a close relationship.
At the time of New York's 7-2-2003 ec, LAMO was a
high-profile fugitive, well-known in the hacker community.
In September 2003, LAMO self-surrendered to the U.S.
Marshalls in Sacramento, California. In early 2004, LAMO
plead” guilty to a single count of computer fraud, and he is
scheduled for sentencing later in June of this year.
