(Sacramento Office) who stated tha: ADRIAWLAMO turned himself into the United States b7c -1,5
Marshal's on 9/9/2003. LAMO was‘presentéd-before the judge and was released on $250,000
bond secured by $100,000 signe: ordered to not touch computers and ordered to
report to the FBI's New York field office at 9:00 AM on Thursday, 9/11/2003. The US Marshal's
were to arrange transportation for LAMO.
On 9/11/2003, writer telephonically contacted the US Marshal's in Sacramento, California ,
to verify LAMO's flight information as he did not arrive to the FBI's New York Office at 9:00AM Ch
as ordered by the judge in Sacramento. The US Marshal's stated that LAMO boarded a flight
from Sacramento, CA to San Francisco, CA on 9/10/2003 at 8:00 PM. The flight arrived San
Francisco at 8:39PM. The US Marshal's booked LAMO on a direct United Flight from San
Francisco to JFK airport in New York that left San Francisco at 10:10 PM and arrived 6:31 AM.
Investigation revealed that LAMO rescheduled his flight with no explanation to another flight that
left San Francisco 11:20 PM with a connection through Chicago, IL to Laguardia airport (LAG)
in New York. This flight arrived at LAG at 10:10AM.
On 9/11/2003, LAMO's public defender in New York telephonically contacted the SA
(“het 12:30 PM stating that LAMO had just arrived in their offices. When LAMO arrived at b6 -1
LAG airport he met with a reporter before reporting as ordered to the FBI office. Pictures taken b7c -1
by the reporter during this interview are attached.
