A veteran airline pilot
who once denounced fly-
ing saucers as “bunk” has
reported encountering a
mysterious unidentified
flying object near Mobile,
Ala.
Capt. W. J. Hull of Capital
Airlines described the inci-
dent in a report published by

Capt. Hull wrote an article
for a pilots’ magazine in 1953 ||
titled “The Obituary of the
Flying Saucer.” His experi-
ence described in the “investi-

what he saw was a flying
