This letter is dated at Veracruz, March 19, 1950, and is from a MIGUELANGEL GARCIA MACIAS. There is attached to this letter an English translation, together with a newspaper clipping in the Spanish language and four hand-drawn designs. Because of the technical language used, it is rather difficult to determine whether the in- formation is authentic or whether the author of this material is either psychotic or neurotic. It is suggested that the Bureau may desire to have the enclosed examined by some Government agency familiar with the language appearing therein for its ultimate dissemination. TGS:RAA Enclosures .
