At @pproximtely 2200 hours Lt Henry G. Combe sighted an object flying on a
360° from West to Rast over Andrews AF Base, Toe object had one continuous
Glowing white light. Combs thought it was an airer<ft with the wing
navigation lights turmed off or burned out, He then made a pass to check,
Object then took evasive action, First contect established at 1700 feet

switched wing and tail navigntion lights off, Maneuvering his siip so
