METHOD OF EVIDENCE COLLECTION
The original recordings were obtained by using three different
receiver units; each unit was color coded, e.g., red, green,
yellow.
Recordings made from the residence were labeled H, (house);
a number, and a letter indicating sequential order and
color, for example, H-l6-A-qreen would indicate the l6th
recording of the house; A -the first tape of the day and
green - the color of the machine on which the tape was
recorded.
Recordings of the vehicle are labeled c, (car) a number
reflecting the intercept and a letter reflecting the number
of the recordings on that day and the color of the machine
the recording was obtained, for example C-7-A-Yellow would
indicate car, 7th day of intercepted recordings A - first
tape of the day, yellow - (machine on which the tape was
recorded.)
Nagra recordings were made involving conversations intercepted
inside the vehicle among the principals.
