UNCLASSIFIEDA/LES (U) Crimes Against Children and Human Trafficking Program Policy Guide 1. (U) Introduction 1.1. (U) Purpose (U//FOUO) The ('rimes Against ('hildren and Human Trafficking Program Policy Guide provides Federal Bureau of Investigation (FB1) personnel with clear guidance and a detailed framework regarding the Crimes Against Children and Human Trafficking Program (hereafter referred to collectively as CACHTP). This policy guide (PG) includes descriptions of the Crimes Against Children (CAC) and Human Trafficking (HT) subprograms, applicable statutes for CAC and HT violations, relevant administrative procedures, mandatory reporting requirements, and general policy guidance.. 1.2.(U) Scope (U) This PG applies to all FBI personnel, including detailees, contractors, task force officers (TFO), and others responsible for analyzing information, investigating crimes, and collecting evidence in matters involving violations of statutes and laws applicable to CAC and HT investigations. 1.3.
