He advised that this was done and was signed by himself, as well as some fifty or sixty others in a gesture of friendship at a reception at the Hilton Hotel during the visit of the Libyan delegation to Atlanta in January, l979. He stated that to his knowledge, nothing has ever been done with this State Corporation Commission.
