On October 2l, 1968, the above individual
telephonically contacted the Miami Office and advised.
that he was on the staff of

He went on to make reference to the RowAN and
MARrin."Laugh In" program on television and in very strong.
terms stated he considered this program to be seditious in
nature and wanted to know what he as a citizen could do.
He also inquired as to what this Bureau was going to do
