Istated that he cannot recall the name of the agent, and the amount of the claim is unknown to him. stated that he thinks the claim may have been filed for a personal property loss of $40,0oo.00. stated that another claim that may be filed by b6 Pastor Johnson and others is for personal property that was b7C stored at the church. stated that this property, however, should be covered by home owner's insurance. stated that the Johnsons also have their home owner's insurance through Brotherhood. In order to file a claim, a proof of loss form must be filed within sixty days with the insurance company. b6 b7C stated that less than two years ago an addition was made to the Heart of Fire Church and also improvements were made. In August of 1999, a water damage claim was paid in the amount of $30, 000.00. Payment was made by Brotherhood. b6 stated that the repairs were not inspected to verify whether they b7C were made or not. To the best of recollection, a supply line in the kitchen was leaking for some period of time causing the damage. stated that based cn his estimates, the cost to b6 make the building whole again is $850,229.00. stated b7C that he based his estimate on using the existing foundation or slab. stated that he also obtained a written estimate from E and R Industries, a local construction company, and their estimate was $1,194,480.00. [stated that the E and R Industries' estimate includes a new slab/foundation.
