On August 28, 1970, a representative of the United States Secret Service was contacted. On August 28, 1970, a representative of the United States Postal Inspectors was advised of receipt. of the letter and the contents thereof. On August 28, l970, a representative of the UnitedStates Postal Service was contacted and advised of receipt of the letter.
