Before stating he understood the advice of rights and signing the consent, Iwas concerned the purpose of the form was to bring another charge on him. stated that he understood it was a. criminal violation to lie and provide false statements to the Agents. provided the following information:. did not know why he was being arrested by Baltimore County.. 'Aadteoo uoteeqoad aye yatm ut yeayn e paaete Iaeau pey ay paaeer was late returning home after curfew only once, and was only outside of his apartment at night on one occasion..
