Iocated on 59th Street in Chicago. rlated she retained Mr. Molaro as apnroximately two (2) years prior her incident he had said she visited Mr. Molaro at his office within two (2) b6 b7C weeks of her 'arrest. She advised she was informed by him that he would handle her case and would make the necessary court appearances. than advised that on the date of her court appearance she was b6 approached by an attorney, she did not know, who asked if she was. b7C She continued by stating he then advised he .was a. substitute for Mr. Molaro who was tied up downtown.. did not recall the name of this attorney. She was then shown an Appearance. Affivadit of Compliance which indicated she was represented by still did not recall this name. 7 3 than recalled that was already familiar with her b6 case.* She recalled placing her trust in him completely and not b7C testifying during her proceeding. She stated her appearance was in Lemont during the normal workday.. recalled her appearance as during the late morning hours and does not remember the iudge. She further recalled being b6 b7C appearance. She stated on this occasion she was not accompanied by an. Orney and did not see a judge. She stated at this time she was
