For the information of recipients, JAmes J..
"WHItey" BuLGER and six other Boston-area Organized Crime
figures were indicted 1/10/95 by a Federal Grand Jury in.
Boston for violation of the Rico statute. Prior to the
indictment, they were the subjects of Complaints for
Extortion, and arrest warrants were issued for them on 1/5/95.
Efforts to locate BuLgER in the Boston Division have proven
fruitless to date. This Airtel and enclosures are being widely

all illegitimate criminal operations in South Boston, and.
parts of the adjacent sections of Dorchester and Roxbury. In.
addition, he has run independent operations involving
gambling, loan-sharking, and drugs, in South Boston, and into
what is known as the South Shore area..
