Commander Way, Seattle, was interviewed at the King County Jail where he was incarcerated on charges of Felony Flight. advised that he had been on the Coast Guard Base since 6/28/79. Commander Way address. stated he had no b6 knowledge of the missing eguipment and had heard no talk among b7C his friends about the missing items. In view of the above facts regarding this case, it is felt that further investigation in this case is not warranted and it should be administratively closed.
