They were found guilty in January, l964, at which time Judge JUERGENS sentenced ENGLAND to three years in prison.and fined the son $4,ooo and put him on probation for three years.. The convictions were reversed and the cases remanded for retrial in April, 1965, by the U.S. Court of Appeals. because of an erroneous instruction to the jury..
