Source said, however, that Atlanta Workshop In Nonviolence, the principal counciling and draft resistance organization in.the Atlanta area, has recently leen at a low ebb in its operation, and said organization sas apparently not in a position to offer any work for the Peace Caravan people. :Source said BRown ano) hissassociates sere, therefore, doing very 1ittle or no work in the area. On 8/26/69, lindicated that MARTIN BROWN and two of the Peace Caravan associates, namely ope JIM >GRaNT, Negro male, about 5' 11" tall, 200 pounds, from Charlotte, North Carolina, and a girl calledjramkA" (phonetic from Holland, had participated in a recent anti-war demonstra. tion held on 8/9/69 by a coalition of New Left and Pacifist groups in Atlanta.
