After being advised of the identity of the interviewing Agent and the nature of the interview, she furnished the following. information: At approximately ll:30 a.m., .she'was sitting with her. back towards the front door at the customer service representative desk in the lobby of the bank. She heard a loud male voice say hands up. No one will get hurt!". She turned around and saw a white male, possibly in his 3o's, wearing a knit dark colored ski mask covering his face, no shirt, and hoiding a gun in his right hand. At this point she turned back around, put her hands in. the air, and did not see anything else. At one point during the robbery, she heard the individual yell, "what are you doing?". She has no idea who this was directed'at.
