Details: On June 20, 2oo3, a message was left on Senator JOHN KYL's Tucson office voice mail by an unsub threatening to shoot the Senator. Subsequent investigation led to several agencies being notified to insure the Senator's safety. The captioned subject was arrested on June 23, 2oo3 for the threat and is currently incarcerated pending a detention hearing.
