The letters contain the following statement: "WE ARE GoINg TO KILL YOU." The letters appear to be written by the same person. On 7/23/03, the writer was notified by uscp, TsA, of unidentified subject appears to be the same writer as in the above described letters. The letters contain the following:. "...For you slowly trying to kill our son, we are going to kill you...Your to die. on the cross.... The original letters address to Senators Kennedy and Lieberman were turned over to the writer by Special Agent[ uscp, on 7/17/03 at approximately 3:00pm. The original letter addressed to Senator Kerry was turned over to the writer by Special Agent 1uscp, on 7/23/03 at 3:00pm. The original letter addressed to Senator Clinton was turned over to the United States Secret Service for analysis.
