Reference: 89A-WF-c219398 Serial 282 Administrative: Reference telecalls between sA. of the Atlantic City Resident Agency, and sA of b2 Washington Field on 09/09/2003 and 09/24/2003. b6 b7C Washington Field Office, U.S. Congressman Frank Lobiondo received a threatening telephone call on August 29, 2oo3 at his office in office at approximately 4:oo a.m. and was recorded by an. answering machine. Foilowing the notification of the threat and receipt of the referenced lead, Atlantic City Resident Agency opened the captioned matter.. On September 3, 2oo3, the writer contacted Congressman. Lobiondo's office to gather additional details. the District Director for Congressman Lobiondo, advised in part that the call was received at approximately 4:0o a.m. and believed that the call may have been placed by kids.. The writer subsequently requested Federal Grand Jury subpoenas for telephone records. Records from Verizon Communications identified that multiple telephone calls were made from a telephone number.
