Senator Richard S. Schweiker received a handwritten
letter signed by.
through the U. S. Mail in an
envelope..postmarked Johnstown;. Pennsylvania, and dated
November 22: 1976. Senator Schweiker's office turned this.
letter over to the Federal Bureau of. Investigation headquarters
in Washington, D.. C. This letter contained' a razor blade.
This letter was subsequently provided. to the Pittsburgh.
