For the information of the FBI Laboratory, instant fire- place tongs were unearthed from the backyard of Dr. Sam Sheppard on ll/l9/82 by a neighbor who was putting in a new water line. This individual wrapped the tongs in newspapers which are. enclosed. The Bay Village, Ohio Police Department subsequently being submitted.
