July 30, 2005, date of birth state room attendant on board the Royal. b6 emplovee identification number: residing at b7C telephone number was interviewed on board the Bos. After advising Of the identity of the interviewing Agent and the nature. the interview, provided the following information: [a stateroom attendant on Deck #9 also the stateroom attendant for cabin #9062 (George SmiTH and) was working during the morning of July 05, 2o05.. Sometime was asked by shjp b6 between the hours of 8:15am - 8:30am, security personnel to open the door to cabin #9o60. b7C opened the door and observed the security personnel go out to the ship's lifeboats, where they observed lots of blood. The security team then went to Deck #1o and returned back to Deck #9.. Upon their return, was instructed to open the door to Cabir #9062, which he did. Once opened, security, Chief Officer and entered the room and went to the cabin. balcony. Approximately ten (1o) minutes Iater, more people came to ugqan aptsat SutAeas sem Oam yse o? uebag pue ugqen ayn Jo eaae ey? #9062. Instructions were given to secure the cabin and not allow anyone to enter. Security was posted outside of the cabin. Sometime later, the Turkish police arrived and entered the cabin.. Istated that on this day, the room looked a little different. advised that the ashtray, which was on. the balcony table, was turned over on the floor, the balcony table b6 itself was in the corner of the balcony rather than the center and b7C the balcony furniture (chairs) were out of place and rearranged. Inside the cabin, stated it was messy with cans and the bedspread on the floor. advised that SMITH and would leave their room sometime between 11:30am and 12:15pm everyday. He would b6 always see them together and never saw them fight or argue. would normally see SmITH and Jon their way to b7C dinner. SMITH and would always walk by and say hello to.
