Synopsis, The purpose of this Ec is to open the above-captioned investigation. Details: On 1/13/2004, SA met with for Fashion Rock, located at 1701 b6 Park Center Drive, Orlando, Florida. Of note, Fashion Rock is b7C one of several talent companies owned and managed by music. producer Lou Pearlman. The purpose of this meeting was to obtain details on several threatening telephone calls which Fashion Rock received on 12/31/2003. A Pearlman owned company named Transcon Options Talent (To) assists aspiring actors, models, and singers by providing them with a "comp-card", which is a condensed "talent resume" that includes a photograph and relevant details related to their particular talent. In addition, talent scouts can research these individuals on ToT's web-site, and find talents that have. specific criteria the scouts are seeking. In conjunction with large regional auditions. TOT/Fashion Rock charges its clients It readily advertises that these fees are non-refundable.. b6 In May 2003. an aspiring model named. b7C DOB: SSAn: /contacted~TOT and paid $895.00 for a comm-card and a travel package to Miami, Florida for an audition.
