Specifically, discussed several different acts of violations of the Federal Corrupt Practices Act.. informed me that he had met with lawyers from the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, along with special agents with the Federal. Bureau of Investigation. Separately, I met with a member of the Mexican Congress and others who shared similar stories fraud and briberv committed in Mexico b. Sempra Energy. Additionally, I have learned that San Diego. has called for a federal investigation into Sempra Energy's business dealings in Mexico.
