FD-302a (Rev.11-15-83) 58C-WF-180673 b6 b7C Continuation of FD-302 of On 5/13/93 Page 2 Regarding the cash for cash transactions, stated that, for as long as she could remember, RostenkowskI would personally cone into the Bank on a regular basis, about once per month, and exchange large quantities of small denomination bills into the largest denomination bills that the Bank had, which were $100 bills. stated that the average amount of cash that RosTENkowskI would bring in on these occasions was about $1ooo.00 but on some occasions the amount was higher, although she thought the amount was never larger than four of five thousand dollars. advised that there was no pattern to these b6 and not a staff member or his designee b7C stated that, according to her memory, the only other Representative that ever did this type of transaction was stated that at no time did she ever mention this to any other fellow teller, and they never mentioned it to her. stated that they would have been just as likely to wait on RosTENkowskI as she was when he came into the Bank.. further advised that RosTeNkowskI would get. packages of $2 bills about two times per month. These transactions were handled by RosreNkowskI's designee, and that on each occasion one to two packs of $2 bills would be requested. advised that there were 1oo bills in each package and. that mainly these transactions were also conducted b6 with cash. advised that these requests would be made by b7C phone by but that she would send an aide to the Bank with the money and to pick up the $2 bills. recalled that the Bank did not normally maintain that many $2 bills and that they would have to place an order with Riggs Bank and on some occasions, when Riggs did not have that many bills, an order would have to be placed with the Treasury Denartment which required a turnaround time of 3-4 days. stated that no one else in the House got that many $2 bills.. 9q b7C advised that she is close personal friends with sister of who is employed by the clerk of former Public Integrity Prosecutor during the investigation of the House Bank.
