OwEN FORRESTER, Northern District of Georgia, Atlanta, b6 advised that captioned matter would in all probability b7C be handled by Mr. E. RAy TAyLOR, JRo, ot this office. Hr. TAyLOR on January 27, 1972, was furnished information concerning and that subject had admitted writing a threatening letter to MrS. MARTIN LUTHER KING. Mr. TAYLOR advised that as of that date, he had not had sufficient time to review this. matter but would review same and render a decision. Mr + TAyLoR requested that all investigation pertaining to activities and prior threatening letters written 4q be furnished to him in order that he could render an opinion concerning this matter.. 5
