Boren's office.. is believed to have left rambling messages on the voice mail system of Congressman Boren's Office.. However, these voice mails have not been of a. threatening manner. Staffers at Congressman Boren's office have. interacted with telephonically without incident since the June phone calls. made a visit to Congressman Boren's. Muskogee Office in late 2oo7. This visit was brief and without incident. is a transient individual and his current. whereabouts are unknown. It is unlikely he would consent to. additional interviews with the FBl given his previous behavior. It is doubtful can be prosecuted successfully without a confession and a statement of intent regarding his threats.
