On 03/21/2oo7, Us Senator Dorqan's staff was contacted
by a person identifying himself as

his wages garnished by the Internal Revenue Service (IRs).
requested the Senator's staff assist him in dealing with
the IRs in this matter. The Senator's staff requested a letter
from
giving the IRs permission to discuss
case with the Senator's staff. The Senator's staff did not
receive any such letter..
On 05/09/2007, a person identifying himself as
telephoned Senator Dorgan's Fargo office.
