On 03/21/2oo7, Us Senator Dorqan's staff was contacted by a person identifying himself as had his wages garnished by the Internal Revenue Service (IRs). requested the Senator's staff assist him in dealing with the IRs in this matter. The Senator's staff requested a letter from giving the IRs permission to discuss case with the Senator's staff. The Senator's staff did not receive any such letter.. On 05/09/2007, a person identifying himself as telephoned Senator Dorgan's Fargo office. Iwas upset he had not heard back from the Senator's office.. said he dropped off a letter at us Representative Earl Pomeroy's. Office. said he was so "worried about this thing with the IRs that I'm bleeding out my butt hole." The Senator's staff they had the letter from.
