consisting'of all the defendants made threats to murder the
plaintiffs and the plaintiffs' news source..
(6) Between September, 1983, and the date of this
complaint, the enterprise consisting of all defendants smuggled
Colombian cocaine and other prescribed drugs into the United.
States on multiple occasions.
