(U) All CAST assets must comply with the Department of Justice (DOJ) Touhy regulations.
(Title 28 Code of Federal Regulations [CFR] $$ 16.21-29) with regard to providing testimony in
including the FBI, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), the Bureau of Alcohol.
Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), and the United
