The Declaration says, "At present the forcos of peace have so grown thac there is real possibility of averting war." The Peace Manifesto contains something similar,"war is not inevitable, war can be prevonted, peace can be preserved and made secure." The Declaration says: "The Leninist principle of peaceful co-existence of the two systems, which has been developed further and brought up to date in the decisions of the"20th Congress of the cpsu, is the souad basis of tho foreign policy of the Socialist countries and the dependable pillar ot peace and iriendship amongst the people." The Chinese comrades say this Is an illusion; "g world without wars and without arms can only be achieved when Socialism is victorious all over tne world. #peaceful co-existence is imposslble.
