INouye from Hawaii. Records checks in the Philadelphia. area failed to identify however, contact was _successfully made for an interview with through contacting a Philadelphia Eagles football player who is a distant b6 relative of. On 9/3/75, was interviewed and b7C furnished a signed statement admitting pis presence at the Mint on 8/11/75. During the interyiew, stated he did. not know the identities of the individuals he took to the U.s.. Mint on 8/l1/75. On 9/3/75, AUSA EDPa., Philadelphia, declined prosecution of for impersonation.
