(U) described the reasoning for the purchase of the body armor like owning a fire extinguisher. said that you have it if you need it. said he was aware that BeTts had a shotgun in 2013 that was taken by his parents. said that he purchased a Taurus G2c from BETTS b6 b7C sometime in the last year..
