Details: On 5/18/2004, was interviewed in regard to threatening telephone calls he made to the office of Congressman Dennis Kucinich. does not feel that his. calis were threatening however he agreed to cease any further b6 b7C contact with the Congressman short of written correspondence. was upset about the beheading of United States Citizen. and wanted Kucinich to respond to his questions. regarding the matter. Jcalled Kucinich a "punk" and did refer to his family in the message but not in threatening manner. Police Officer United States Federal Protective Service Homeland Security was contacted initially and. tape recorded the voice messages that were left on the Congressman's telephone. A copy of that tape is included in the case file. This investigation is complete at Cleveland, Ohio. No. further investigation will be conducted unless requested or another incident should occur. This case will be closed in the Cleveland Division.
