Remaining in FBI evidence are two weapons seized from. captioned subject at the time of his arrest. He has made clear to his Federal Parole and Probation Officer that he does not object to the destruction of those weapons. The weapons were not checked against ncrc but did belong to the subject based on his own statements and those of his estranged wife. His last known address was Oregon, 97303, though he is now residing in Baker County, Oregon. Nobody else was present at the time the weapons were seized.. Recommend reassigning case to ps for purposes of destruction of firearms, identified as items 1Bl and. 1B2 in captioned case.
