Synopsis: Close captioned case.
Administrative: Close captioned case.
Details: On 09/12/2o04, the Albuquerque Division, Santa Fe
Resident Agency was contacted by the Santa Fe Police Department
(SFpD) regarding bullet holes discovered upon the exterior of the
Marcy Plaza office building located at 119 E. Marcy Street, Santa
Fe, New Mexico. A tenant review of the building revealed that
the offices belonged to U.S. Senator Jeff Bingaman (suite #1o1)
It is the writer's opinion that the weekend shooting
attack against Senator Bingaman. The method of the attack
appeared to be from a small caliber weapon that was used in a
drive-by assault. A sweep of the sidewalk, grass, curb, and
to this matter and no written or other similar type material was
identified to indicate the shooting was directed at Senator
Bingaman.
Since the shooting, no additional incidents have been
reported.
Based on the above information, the writer requests the
captioned case be closed.
