Divisionx 149-06-2 Registration Act China Lobby With reference to the administration of the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938, as amended, and with respect to the alleged existence in this country of a so-called China Lobby, the Bureau is requested to forward to the Division any information its files may contain, not heretofore furnished, regarding Major General Claire Chennault, 7ll l4th Street, N.w.,. Washington, D. C. The Bureau is further requested to conduct investi- gation to determine whether the subject is acting in the. United States as the agent of the Chinese Nationalist Govern-- ment or any agency thereof.
