b6 -6 FD-302a (Rev. 5-8-10) b7C -6 b7E -1 89B-PG-3947335-302 ContinuationofFD-302 of (U) Interview of Beaver ESU .On 07/15/2024 Page 2 of 3 was aware of his team's assignment, staging area and areas of responsibility. 6:45 advised that his team did not have communications with PsP or Usss during the event. He advised that Beaver EsU used their own internal comms channel, and the team was monitoring two other frequencies. from Butler County (OPs 4 and OPs 5). A medic from Butler ESU with the last name of. was also b6-3,6 integrated with Beaver EsU and had a radio. b7C -3,6 8:00 also utilized his cell phone during his course of duties, for communication and taking photos. The ESU team maintained a group text chat for situational awareness. 8:15- 11:15 described his teams movement in response to the shooting and transit to the AGR building. The team heard reports from a medic that there was a shootout or officers down in the vicinity of the AGR Building. The team, which included moved on foot behind the stage to the AGR building. There was a small opening in the fence between the fairgrounds and the AGR facility. and made it through the fence. Japproached a uniformed officer and asked where the injured officers were located. The uniformed officer was not aware of a downed officer. then asked the officer how to access the roof and followed the officer around the building.. and found a black expandable ladder to access the roof. 11:30 b6 -6 b7C -6 Jadvised that there was a Washington County EsU member, two Butler County EsU members and a uniformed Butler County patrol officer on the roof near the subject. reported that radio traffic was crazy, but it was still not confirmed that the subject was deceased. At that point. took a photo of the subject and sent them to his commanders Jand to provide confirmation that the subject was deceased.. On the roof, Jobserved that the subject was handcuffed, face-down with an AR rifle to his left. There were approximately eight spent shell casings. He also saw blood running down the roof.. who is a coroner in Beaver County, also checked the body. 13:05 The Washington County EsU operator, named decided to pat the subject down and discovered a finder that he was seen with prior. No identification was on the body. The suspicious object was gray, electronic. device the size of a TV remote with the digits 1-12 on it with an expandable antenna provided a report of this object, along with pictures, to his commanders. This lead to a response from EOD. 14:30 b6 -6 The subjects weapon was described the AR rifle as a black, AR-style rifle with a Holosun optic. There was one b7C -6 crossover. There were four shell casings on one side of the peak and four shell casing on the other side. 16:15 - 21:35 Between 16:15 and approximately 21 minutes into the interview, reviewed and described in greater facility. advised he heard shots fired while en route to the stage to provide tactical support.. 21:47 - 27:30 FBI25-cv-2216)-542
