Marshall's deceased father, E. Howard Marshall, about 89 years old,.
had married Anna Nicole Smith, aka, Vickie Lynn Marshall, about 32
years old, in 1995. Marshall died the following year, and Smith.
alleges that Howard Marshall had made her a verbal promise to give
her half of his estate. Howard Marshall's estate is protected in a
family trust which has an estimated worth of about twenty-five
million dollars. Smith and her attorney, Howard Stern, contend
that the estate is worth over a billion dollars. Marshall and.
Smith have been engaged in several law suits in California and
